Trouble logging in or adding items to your cart?
First register and an activation email will be sent to you.
If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam folder and it must be removed from there and placed into your inbox otherwise, future emails to include order receipts and tracking will continue to fall into your spam folder.
If you still did not receive it, you may have misspelled your email during registration or used a different email during your registration. Try registering again and click your activation email.
If you still experience issues, clear your browser history and log in again.
International shipments and shipping lead times
Transit times for orders vary depending on the customer’s shipping location. Once inventory is in stock for your order and your product is shipped:
West coast orders may take 1-4 business days once the order is shipped.
East coast orders may arrive in 5-7 business days once the order is shipped.
International orders may take from 5-10 business days once the order is shipped to arrive to that country. The delivery time from there is dependent the country’s Customs clearance time frame. Customer is responsible for paying any Custom’s duties.

Please note: Shipping rates are pulled directly from the courrier service at our discounted rate. The package is a very large over-sized and triple strength shipping box. Rates are reflective of size and also dimensional volume.
