The popular 5" height of the lid shelf allows products such as foundations, creams, moisturizers, nail polish, perfumes and much more, to stand upright and be beautifully displayed. To stand even taller bottles upright, simply fold the lid all the way flush against the back of the ICEbOX and it disappears!
There are a total of 6 pockets in the grid inserts. The grid inserts are very versatile and can be adjusted to create six equal sizes or a combination of three short and three long sizes. The X insert can also be adjusted by stacking both pieces on the same side creating a larger space on the opposite side or removing it altogether if they aren't of any use.
Most customers prefer all drawers filled with inserts and there will be three empty drawers in which you can purchase extra inserts which add much more utility and versatility to drawer space.
If inventory is not in stock during your time of purchase, it will be made to order and produced based on a waiting list, so if you see that it's in stock, order immediately to avoid the months long waiting list.

We ship worldwide. Our products come in a 3x reinforced custom-made double ply carton that can withstand 350 lbs of pressure per square inch and we use very large 5” thick and durable foam corners that can absorb shock. This ensures your products arrive safely no matter where you ship to.
Customer may be responsible for taxes and duties imposed by your country’s import laws.
Although we ship worldwide, once it arrives to your destination country, the delivery date from that point forward depends on your country’s Customs and mail carrier.

When will I receive my order?
Orders placed for items in stock will typically ship within one within 1-2 business days.
Depending on your delivery location, we recommend checking your tracking information once it becomes available. Domestic orders can range between 2-5 business days while international countries will vary. You may proceed to check and choose your delivery method for further info on delivery dates.
Please be aware that during periods of high order volume, fulfillment may take 1-3 months to achieve museum-grade quality. If your selected style is in production at the time of your purchase, you will be placed on a waiting list, with priority given to older orders.
If your desired style is currently in stock, we encourage you to make your purchase promptly to avoid being placed on the waiting list.
We do not provide a specific timeframe for each style, as production volumes for each batch can vary significantly from month to month.
Can I change or return my order?
Exchanges may be requested prior to the product being shipped. Once the product has shipped, we do not allow returns or refunds due to its delicate nature.
Store credit may be issued for up to one year from the date of purchase by emailing us prior to your order being shipped.
We highly recommend reading the full description and dimensions to better understand the sizing requirements for your space. Additionally, you can review common beauty products typically placed in the ICEbOX to visualize the space you may need.

Shipping fees will be recalculated, and any additional charges must be settled before the replacement is shipped.
