To stand tall bottles upright, simply fold the lid all the way back against the back of the ICEbOX. No matter which style you prefer, the WIDE or the SKINNY, you can bet both you and your makeup counter gets glammed!
The grid insert has 6 pockets and is great for lipsticks, lip glosses, and tons of eyeshadow. You can place your products in a variety of ways in either the lid area or drawers. The grid insert is very versatile and the pockets can be adjusted to create a combination of six equal sections or a three short and three long section. Our newest X inserts serve as a multi-functional design and can create larger sections by stacking both pieces to one side. Grab a ton of slide sets to create elongated columns with adjustable widths for longer items such as makeup brushes or jewelry.
Most customers prefer all drawers filled with inserts and there will be three empty drawers in which you can purchase extra inserts for which add much more utility and versatility to drawer space.
*Stay away from common household cleaners such as Windex which will strip the luster, causing crazing which are hairline cracks in the acrylic and white bubbles to appear at the invisible glue joints. Novus is the only brand we trust to preserve the beauty of the ICEbOX and remove scuffs.*

We ship worldwide. Our products come in a 3x reinforced custom-made double ply carton that can withstand 350 lbs of pressure per square inch and we use very large 5” thick and durable foam corners that can absorb shock. This ensures your products arrive safely no matter where you ship to.
Customer may be responsible for taxes and duties imposed by your country’s import laws.
Although we ship worldwide, once it arrives to your destination country, the delivery date from that point forward depends on your country’s Customs and mail carrier.

When will I receive my order?
Orders placed for items in stock will typically ship within one within 1-2 business days.
Depending on your delivery location, we recommend checking your tracking information once it becomes available. Domestic orders can range between 2-5 business days while international countries will vary. You may proceed to check and choose your delivery method for further info on delivery dates.
Please be aware that during periods of high order volume, fulfillment may take 1-3 months to achieve museum-grade quality. If your selected style is in production at the time of your purchase, you will be placed on a waiting list, with priority given to older orders.

We do not provide a specific timeframe for each style, as production volumes for each batch can vary significantly from month to month.
Can I change or return my order?
Exchanges may be requested prior to the product being shipped. Once the product has shipped, we do not allow returns or refunds due to its delicate nature.
Store credit may be issued for up to one year from the date of purchase by emailing us prior to your order being shipped.
