Most customers prefer all drawers filled and there will be two empty drawers in which you can purchase extra inserts for. Extra inserts add much more utility and versatility to drawer space. Don't forget to add a Novus Kit to properly care for the acrylic's high gloss!
*Stay away from common household cleaners such as Windex which will strip the luster, causing crazing which are hairline cracks in the acrylic and white bubbles to appear at the invisible glue joints. Novus is the only brand we trust to preserve the beauty of the ICEbOX and remove scuffs.*

Is the shipping free?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.
Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
